Miko Tripalo Centre for Democracy and Law and the Human Rights House in Zagreb, in cooperation with the European Commission Representation, held a conference on Thursday, November 21, at the House of Europe entitled “The Future of the Fight against Corruption in the Republic of Croatia: A Report on the Rule of Law?”.
The first part of the conference presented the results of a survey on youth attitudes towards corruption conducted as part of the project “Empowering Future Generations to Fight Corruption” implemented by the Miko Tripalo Centre with the support of the Netherlands Helsinki Committee.
At the round table in the second part of the conference, the panelists reviewed the research findings and recommendations of the European Commission’s Rule of Law Report and spoke about opportunities for improving and strengthening anti-corruption initiatives in the Republic of Croatia.
The conference is also part of the project “Strengthening Civil Society Capacities for the Protection and Promotion of the Rule of Law in Croatia” implemented by the Miko Tripalo Centre and the Human Rights House in Zagreb, with the support of the European Commission – Impact4Values program.
